Located in southeast Alaska near Glacier Bay National Park, this lodge offers everything for the outdoor enthusiast looking to experience the best of Alaska. The waters surrounding Glacier Bay National Park are renowned for producing GIANT halibut, as well as acrobatic salmon, lingcod, and tons of rockfish! After an exciting day on the water, you’ll retreat to a beautiful lodge and delicious meals with old-fashioned hospitality. Located just a few miles from the airport, the lodge provides guests with spacious bedrooms, a large dining area, and a cozy lounge surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Choose to fish each day or take advantage of the Glacier Bay package, which combines the best of both worlds. You’ll spend four plus days saltwater fishing and one day on the Glacier Bay Cruise Ship where you’ll see glaciers, snow-capped mountains, whales, and other wildlife. Other activities include hiking in Glacier Bay National Park, golf, glacier tours, whale watching tours, or riding on the historic White Pass and Yukon Route Railroad to Skagway.

Sunday: Fly to Juneau and then take Alaska Airlines to Gustavus. You will be met at the airport and transferred five minutes to the lodge. Upon arrival, you will be checked in to your rooms and then enjoy a five course dinner. Following dinner, an orientation for the week will be conducted.
Monday – Thursday: Fish 4 days
Friday (afternoon) – Fish AM or Glacier Bay tour/begin return trip home. The Alaska Air flight departs Gustavus around 5:45 p.m. and lands back in Juneau around 6:15 p.m. Depending on connecting times home, you may have to overnight in Juneau. The Best Western and Travelodge in Juneau both have freezer facilities for your fish.
Easy: Somewhat easy walking when it comes to physicality. Minimal walking or hiking and terrain is very accessible. Mostly hunting from blinds or tree stands.
Moderate: Physicality is somewhat moderate to advanced. Spot and stalk method of hunting as well as some hunting from blinds. Terrain can vary from prairies to mountains at higher elevations.
Difficult: Requires an advanced degree of physical endurance. Terrain is typically more mountainous and hunting can take place at higher elevation.
Extreme: Most difficult and physically demanding hunts. Requires advanced to extreme endurance and terrain or game pursued may involve dangerous situations.
