This limited entry unit in Wyoming offers a great opportunity at a good representative animal. This outfitter has 12,000 acres of private property and can hunt the surrounding public ground. This placed is highly managed and he only takes 2-3 deer a year. As is almost always the case, the private ground is the best hunting, but you are not confined to only the private. The hunting will consist of a lot of glassing. When you find the one you want you and your experienced guide will plan and execute a stalk to get within you comfortable shooting range. The deer will average 150″- 170″. The terrain consists of open grassland, sagebrush, pockets of Juniper and Ponderosa Pine trees. There rough cuts and draws that typically hold lots of deer. This hunt can be tailored to fit almost anyone’s physical abilities. You will stay in a nice comfortable ranch house about 40 minutes from the hunting area. You will be feed good homecooked meals.
